A brief overview of eating at the Cross Keys Hotel. Head Chef David Whyte's menus reflect a flair for uncomplicated, tasty modern Scottish and Mediterranean Cuisine. The finest local produce is used wherever possible and many dishes are prepared from ingredients for which the Scottish Borders is famous, such as salmon, beef and lamb.



Breakfast in the Oak Room-Breakfast and Morning Coffee in The Oak Room-


The Cross Keys Hotel provides an informal and cosy atmosphere for you to enjoy continental style or full Scottish cooked breakfasts. Breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9.30am Monday to Saturday and from 8.30am -10.30am on Sunday. Come in and enjoy a speciality coffee or tea with a complementary mini pastry, but hurry before they are all gone...

Served every Sunday between 12 and 2.15pm in our lounge area, an informal alternative to Sunday Lunch without compromise on quality. Enjoy hot sandwiches with roast meat carved directly from the joint, one of our speciality burgers or perhaps our popular crispy fish and chips.

-Cross Keys Evening Menu-


A menu designed specifically with our customers in mind. A variety of dishes featuring old family favourites alongside dishes inspired from flavours and cooking influences from around the world. Boasting also a daily changing specials section that provides our chef with a culinary canvas to use the finest seasonal local produce to create and feature innovative, fresh and modern dishes.
